Elitec Terms of Service: Terms, Without The Fog
The rules of using our site and apps. Short on purpose.
These Terms of Service govern your use of elitechq.com and any software published by Elitec LLC. Where an application ships with its own terms, those terms govern that application: DIO's are at elitechq.com/dio/terms. By using them, you agree to these Terms.
1. The basics
- Use the site and our software for lawful purposes.
- Don't try to break, scrape, or misuse them.
- Don't pretend to be us or someone else.
- Respect other people who use them.
2. Our content
Everything on the site is owned by Elitec or licensed to us. You may view it and quote it briefly with attribution. You may not republish or redistribute it without written permission.
3. Pre-release software
Pre-release or beta software can break, lose data, or change without warning. Keep your own backups.
4. Purchases
When we offer paid software, purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform's app store. Refunds and billing are handled by that store under its own terms.
5. Disclaimers
The site and our software are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
8. Changes
If we update these Terms, we will change the "last updated" date below.
